For 30+ years my passion has been a daily practice of peak physical and mental performance while working with leaders and teams to breakthrough to new heights.

I’ve been honored to serve thousands of leaders and employees in creating positive change in their businesses through fearless curiosity, timely insight and non-attached alignment skills. I’ve been fortunate to work with everyone from Board of Directors, CEOs and C-Level executives to middle managers and employees of Publicly Traded, Non-Profit and Privately held companies, ranging in size from Start up to $49B. My personal passion is working with executive teams and CEOs to reduce their time to results while enhancing performance and accountability within their organizations. 

My core strategies for creating breakthroughs are identifying and mitigating operational risk, reducing complexity, increasing accountability and challenging leaders to “deeply resonate” with investors, boards, employees, customers and prospects. I’ve had the privilege of distilling these practices with both established, start up and fast growing companies. These distinctions have helped individuals and enterprises achieve unprecedented levels of engagement, accountability and performance.
