Kendall Norris, Chief Lead IT Alignment

Chief Technology Officer Kendall Norris is the Chief Executive Officer of the Global Leadership Forum. He serves as the first CEO of the nonprofit organization that launched in 2015 to create and evolve an ecosystem of cross-sector organizations whose collective mission will increase the number of diverse leaders in the talent pipeline and foster entrepreneurship. Kendall’s background includes serving as an executive responsible for leading technology organizations, profitable sales growth, solutions development teams and strategic leadership. His international experience includes: mergers & acquisitions, organizational transformations and building/leading technical teams in multiple languages and countries. He is an excellent communicator and subject matter expert in systems engineering, agile software development, enterprise-wide technologies and change management strategies.
