Our story started in 2008 at the depth of the monetary crisis. Jill and Bob Penaloza, our Founders, saw an opportunity to provide CEOs and Executives with confidential, unbiased and unfiltered feedback to reduce complexity on critical business issues. In the beginning there was only a Concept to help businesses 2XL; there were no clients, no business partners and no staff. Fast forward to today; our clients, staff and business partners have grown exponentially. 2XL Concepts has done business with privately held companies (20,000+ employees), Larger Non-Profit organizations, and Public Traded (NYSE, NASDAQ) entities with operations all over the world. Our team’s mission holds true today.
